The diesel engine in the new Yukon now comes with more power and torque, rising from 277 horsepower to 305 horsepower and from 460 pound-feet up to 495 pound-feet of torque. The updated diesel engine will be offered on all trims and is expected to be available later in the model year. A 5.3-liter V8 engine is standard on the Elevation and AT4 trims and it continues with 355 horsepower and 383 pound-feet of torque.
